Items to bring to your apt. include: Valid driver's license or State issued ID, SS card for self and all persons living with you, proof of income for past 30 days for all persons in household, lease agreement, eviction notice, utility disconnect notice, utility termination notice, last month's bank statement for checking and savings account.
