CAP and The Old Firehouse Shelter partnered to create "Hand to Hand," a pocket-sized resource guide for the homeless that contains a directory of agencies organized by type of need. The book is not only a reference guide for the homeless and used by many service providers, it's also meant to help combat panhandling. We encourage the community to "Give a hand up, not a hand out."
